Message: I didn't purchase the vehicle I found however, the customer service at Imperial is phenomenal. These folks are really nice and tried to do everything they could to help me out. The prices are reasonable but the one I wanted was a little out of my budget. This is not your average car lot. I felt like they were very honest and up front with no pressure. Great people, and would definitely recommend them.

Message: I found Facebook ad for a car and Ray posted it. I immediately text Ray. He was very friendly and decent at responding. He even answered my texts after hours. Been to several other dealerships and consistently got denied. After texting Ray for about two days due to my schedule he text me back and told me I been approved and what all I needed to do to get into vehicle. Did as he said and went into dealership, I was at dealership maybe a hour and half and was walking out door with my keys to the car. Great job Ray and greatly appreciate working with you. Will definitely use them from now on to get any vehicle I need.

Message: Jus purchased a 2015 dodge journey from Imperial and started off shaky but Kelsey, Ray and the Owner made me feel comfortable getting the truck after telling them I’m a single parent n my expectations… they understood the assignment and made sure I left satisfied… go visit the lot lots of nice cars out there.

Message: I got this letter in the mail that I thought was spam. something told me to go with it and I called Kelsey back and OMG she was amazing‼️We talked for a day and I felt her vibe was genuine and she kept me connected with the process. When I got there I had three cars lined up for me with a perfect breakdown of each and I picked a LEXUS ES350 with a small amount down and rode off into the sunset very happy. They have a great family vibe-when I went back to get my tags it was like I was a baby sister and everyone was happy to see me even the detailer

Message: The staff is very knowledgeable about the vehicles they have on the lot and treat each customer with the utmost respect. I just bought the 2011 Jeep Wrangler they had on the lot, the process was quick and painless. I will buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Message: What a great experience from beginning to end. Jay was very knowledgeable and got us financed quickly. I didn't expect such wonderful and personable customer service after going to "the big dealers" the night before and having a nightmare experience. Goes to show you that a smaller dealer doesn't equal less quality. I am absolutely in LOVE with my new car!
