Message: I recently moved to this area and was a little nervous about finding a new Honda dealership to service my vehicle. After reading through reviews for local Honda services, I decided this location seemed the most promising. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. The next day, I realized I forgot to ask the service department to also schedule a Virginia state inspection. I called them back and they added that item to my service visit even though it was a last-minute request. That would have never happened at my former dealership! The facility was clean and there was plenty of seating in the waiting areas. There were also plenty of complimentary beverages and snacks available. The customer service team was excellent—from my first phone call through check-in and check-out. The service rep communicated accurately how long I would need to wait and everyone was super friendly and helpful!

Message: This is my first time purchase from Billy Craft. I used to have an used Honda Accord and it doesnt function well. Jessica Hicks was amazing, she helped me through everything since this is my first time buying a car by myself. My parents are 2 hours away so they cant come and go with me. Jessi was so sweet and kind. I finally got a car to replace my old one. I am happy to work with Jessica.

Everyone here is so friendly! I like that they are truly upfront about their pricing and do not try to sneak in more money like some dealerships do.
