Message: I'd been frustrated trying to find a special tool and Roger spent 15 minutes looking It up but couldn't find it. He took my number and called me after he tracked one down and got it transferred from another store. Awesome!

Message: Not my preference to review super sized companies, but I was impressed with their business model, values, and commitment to providing unsurpassed customer service in the parts industry.. Went to the location on Hwy 17 near Newport News and Yorktown. Amy was my representative and she was amazing. My battery was on the fritz. She listened to me as I informed her that it was likely not going to start if I killed the engine. She reassured me that it was not a problem and that she would help with a jump start. After testing my battery, it was clear the battery was the problem with only 12. 1 volts availed at shutdown. Their jump box was not up to par but she was willing to help get me back on the road even if.. .. Long story short, I checked their price for a new battery. They had a competitive price and warranty. Not the best but competitive. Customer service and Amy's commitment to me won my business. They would not do my install since it was under the seat on my 2013, Mercedes, GL450. There was a tool kit provided for self installation however. They also had a military discount for me as a veteran, good line of products, and they do more to help you save money on automotive repairs. Definitely one of my goto places for parts on all my vehicles.
