His boss Luis explained everything to us very well. He pointed out important things that every car buyer should take into consideration. Finally, their finance manager Jenny was just incredibly efficient and professional. Message: Today I bought my 3rd car, but it’s my first time shopping at Koons Toyota at Tysons Corner. Let me start by saying this was the easiest, fastest and best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. My sales guy (Than) was absolutely amazing and made sure everything worked out for me. Worked hard to get me the best deals and was just all around a great orb of energy to be around. He deserves a pay raise! he put me above everything else and even offered to deliver my car to my house. I don’t know about you guys reading this review, but I do know that not many salesmen will go out of their way to deliver a car to a destination that’s 1. 5 hours away. So please ask for Than! the dealership itself was very welcoming and friendly. All of the sales folk there spoke to me and even asked about my day even though they weren’t selling me a car. That place felt like a home and I wish I could explain in words with how satisfied I am with my new camry and the service I received during the buying process 15/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!
